Setup takes around 30 – 45 minutes.

The booth takes 4 photographs and places them on your printout design, we call this a session print. The booth prints out 1 session print per visit. You can have as many sessions during your hire time.

Double prints – The booth will print out 2 prints per session, both for the guests.

Album – The booth will print out 2 prints per session, one for the guest & 1 for the album.

Double prints & album – The booth will print out 3 prints per session, 2 for the guests & 1 for the album.

The Booth (7)

We have attended many events upstairs, it’s not a problem but we do need to be made aware on the booking form.

The booth takes 4 photographs and places them on your printout design, we call this a session print. The booth prints out 1 session print per visit. You can have as many sessions during your hire time.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring props although we do supply them as standard. They comprise of wigs, hats, glasses & signs.

We require mains power & space to operate safely. Your venue has more than likely had a booth in it’s premises at some point & usually have a set location. We cannot be more than 5 metres away from a power point. Please remember that we cannot block fire door access.

Payment (7)

Invoices must be paid up in full 7 days before your event date. If you have booked with less than 7 days before your event date then the full amount would be due on invoice.

Unfortunately, deposits are non refundable in any circumstance.

We will always get back to you within a few hours whether we have availability or not. We advise checking your spam folder as some email providers may move our mail to your spam folder as we send an invoice attachment. Corporate mail servers usually reject our emails too. If you still have no email from us, please let us know here.

We receive your booking instantly. It make take us a few hours to get back to you. Firstly we will check availability and also where your venue is located. If we are able to attend your event, we will send an invoice based on your requirements to the email address on your form. We will also text your mobile (If provided) to let you know we have issued the invoice.

Where possible, we can accommodate a detail change. Time change & venue change is normally OK, date changes are subject to availability & deposit loss would apply whereby your changed date is unavailable. We should be informed of changes at the earliest opportunity, there is no charge for changes.

We recommend informing your venue that you are having a Photo Booth. Most venues have hosted a booth before & usually allocate a set place & space.

Usually no. If your event is in a marquee (Not a gazebo) this is not a problem as long as the marquee is professionally erected. The floor must be sold and flat. If it is sheltered by a structure as part of your venue, this is ok as long as the canopy fully covers the booth. Hard standing covered structures outside are not a problem.
