Booking & Payment Process

Once we receive your PROVISIONAL booking form we will check availability.

If we can attend your event, We then send an invoice to your email address.

Your booking becomes secure and valid once a minimum DEPOSIT (Or Full Payment) is paid on receipt of the invoice. This can be done by using the pay link on our website.

We send out multiple invoices for the same date and work on a first to pay basis, we advise securing the booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Your FULL balance must be paid 7 days before your event date to avoid automatic cancellation of your hire.
