Booking & Payment Process

Once we receive your PROVISIONAL booking form we’ll firstly check availability & your events location.

If we can attend your event, We then send an invoice to your booking email address.

Your booking becomes secured and valid once a minimum DEPOSIT £50 (Or Full Payment) is paid on receipt of the invoice. This can be done by using the pay option link on our websites menu.

The invoice can be accessed at anytime to view your booking details, payment receipts and balance.

We send receipts for all payments made.

We accept card payments & Bank Transfer.

We send out multiple invoices for the same date and work on a first to pay basis, we advise securing the booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If only paying a deposit, your FULL balance must be paid 7 days before your event date to avoid automatic cancellation of your hire.
