Booking & Payment Process

  • Once we receive your PROVISIONAL booking form we will check availability.
  • If we can attend your event, We then send an invoice to your email address.
  • Your booking becomes secure and valid once a minimum of £50 (Non refundable deposit) is paid on receipt of the invoice. This can be done by using the pay link on our website.
  • We send out multiple invoices for the same date and work on a first to pay basis, we advise securing the booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • Your FULL balance must be paid 7 days before your event date to avoid automatic cancellation of your hire.
